This post here will briefly outline about the term "Mise-en-Scène" and how this term is used within the film industry, as well as being in theater production and photography.

The definitive term for Mise-en-Scène is "the arrangement of properties or scenery in a play or film" - (source from Collins English Dictionary, 21st century edition). In other words, the term means to encompass the importances of any stage play or film production, whether that be the cast or props.
